Mumbai, with its oh-so-fickle fashion scene, has managed to keep the legacy of tailoring alive, thanks to its many of its famous boutiques. A regular suit could take upto 10 working days and it takes five working days for a bespoke shirt, trousers, tie or bow-tie. Details like colours, buttons, varieties of stitch lining and inner lining are just a few things that the boutique’s team painstakingly looks over.
